I had to read it for school so honestly I wasn’t expecting to be really into it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Haha, I will definitely be reaching out to the book community if I ever need to talk about school stuff. It can be so stressful!paperbackprincesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07446601964387517150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-59146573934260066622019-11-07T11:38:19.811-05:002019-11-07T11:38:19.811-05:00My apologies for not commenting sooner, things hav...My apologies for not commenting sooner, things have been a little bit crazy.
Thank you so much for featuring my post, I'm so glad you liked it! I really wasn't sure if it was going to get any response, so I love to hear it was appreciated.
I love that you loved Dorian Gray! It's a favourite of mine, but I realized a few years after I had read it, that I read the original published version which was highly censored. I now own both versions, but I haven't read the uncensored one yet.
Yay Hamilton!
I wish you the best of luck with your decisions about school. All that I can say, is that you will be surprised at how fast you get used to things. I decided what degree I was going to take randomly in the middle of an exam - a crazy-sounding decision, but there is no part of me that regrets it. You'll figure it out. If you need anyone to talk to about it (or rant, or freak out), you have my ears.Prototype_SR04https://www.blogger.com/profile/09508503497571637899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-5918638535126652652019-11-02T10:17:50.999-04:002019-11-02T10:17:50.999-04:00Yes! I should have paid your home country a visit :D paperbackprincesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07446601964387517150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-78949788653690370772019-11-01T19:41:35.313-04:002019-11-01T19:41:35.313-04:00Honestly it was extremely racist, which is unsurpr...Honestly it was extremely racist, which is unsurprising given the time period, but that really just put me off of it. I had to read it for my Gothic lit class and so having to study it also didn’t help it’s cause haha! Thanks Veronika, I hope you have a good November too!paperbackprincesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07446601964387517150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-51133948886328997112019-11-01T12:42:31.147-04:002019-11-01T12:42:31.147-04:00As always, thanks for the link Em! <3
Glad you...As always, thanks for the link Em! <3

Glad you had a good time in England - as far as uni goes, do what's right for you. Think about how you prioritise different factors (the course, the distance from family, etc.) and don't be afraid to talk things over with anyone who'll listen! :) Cee Arr @ Dora Readshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04074909561530525221noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-19793910396735501642019-11-01T11:34:36.976-04:002019-11-01T11:34:36.976-04:00I'm sad The Beetle disappointed you, because I...I'm sad The Beetle disappointed you, because I bought a copy of it a few years ago and I have literally no desire to read it, haha. Could have used the motivation of you saying it's good. Your trip to England sounds amazing - I'm glad you had the chance to spend a day in London, too. I definitely get how it would be scary to go to university in a different country. It's so cool that you got to see Hamilton why you were there. :) I hope your November will be wonderful! :)Veronika @ Wordy and Whimsicalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06813427718618609226noreply@blogger.com
