I've been thinking about it for some time now. Now that I've read your review, I might at last give it a try (don't worry I didn't read any of the spoilers :D) Konnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03650740689826904595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-45202195042812020332015-07-21T22:51:09.297-04:002015-07-21T22:51:09.297-04:00Haha yes!!! I was so frustrated that Kat didn'...Haha yes!!! I was so frustrated that Kat didn't even end up going to the damn school that takes up 95% of her conversations. And Lillia was just too impulsive in her decisions. I actually read your review before I started the book because I wanted to see what people thought of it. Now I 100% see where you're coming from. Thanks Veronika!paperbackprincesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07446601964387517150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1717251772632628978.post-13885643445661906642015-07-21T16:19:12.247-04:002015-07-21T16:19:12.247-04:00To be honest I forcefully hated Ashes to Ashes. I ...To be honest I forcefully hated Ashes to Ashes. I put it aside for the weekend so I could read it in one seat but I ended up reading it for days because I was so annoyed and bored. I liked Reeve's character, I liked that he changed and admitted his mistakes, however I hated Alex. He was such a loser and, as far as I see, did absolutely nothing to get Lillie but whined. Them being together in the end? It felt like Lillie only settled down with him because she couldn't find anyone she loved passionately. I used to love all three girls but in this book I hated them all. Kat barely had any role in the novel but university talk... and then she didn't go where she'd planned to all her life. What the what? Can we get an explanation, perhaps? Lillie became extremely annoying and made the dumbest decisions. And Mary.. let's not talk about her. I actually wrote a review - check it out if you want to know why I hated it so much. No pressure, though. :)
Lovely review. :) Veronika @ Wordy and Whimsicalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06813427718618609226noreply@blogger.com
